RIKUZENTAKATA, Japan - Carp streamers fly in the air at the venue of a children's festival in Rikuzentakata, Iwate Prefecture, on May 5, 2012. About 200 carp streamers, which were among some 300 donated from around the country, were displayed at the festival held on the Children's Day national holiday to encourage children affected by the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami disaster.
